SOS and the Glossy Black-Cockatoo

Dr Beth Mott, from the Saving our Species unit at NPWS, will talk to us about the vulnerable Glossy Black Cockatoos and their preferred food trees (casuarinas) and preferences. The birds also need large hollows for breeding. APS Menai Group nursery have been propagating suitable plants for re-vegetation projects such as Glossies in the Mist which have already planted over 25,000 trees.
